Motion and system rollout

UNFPA

Motion-led storytelling that makes complex global-health issues clear, human, and native to social channels.

Executive Creative Director, DELVE · 2025–2026

My role

Creative system leadership; concept development; copywriting; art direction; production oversight; client presentation; QA and final approval.

Case introduction

UNFPA’s work often begins with complex global-health realities that must become immediate, human, and understandable in a few seconds. Motion gave the team a way to reveal information, build emotional progression, and make important stories native to social channels.

The challenge

Maternal health, humanitarian response, midwifery, and gender-based harm are subjects that demand clarity and care. The creative had to create urgency without sensationalism, communicate meaning in compact formats, and remain flexible across evergreen and moment-based campaigns.

The approach

I led the creative system, concepts, copy, art direction, production oversight, client presentation, QA, and final approval. We treated timing, sequencing, typography, and the relationship between message and image as part of the idea, not simply as post-production treatment.

How the system showed up

The selected work was published while UNFPA’s broader Audience-First rollout was being launched. That emerging system added stronger audience definitions, message hypotheses, and learning structures around an already disciplined motion and performance-creative practice.

Outcome

The work shows how motion can create clarity, variety, and emotional pacing without requiring a new production model for every message. The work performed above established performance targets. Specific performance, spend, and campaign data are confidential.
